cheeses, assorted fresh fruit, fruit juice, dry wors, small chicken
salad, packet potato crisps, dinky wine, paper plate, plastic knife/
fork/ spoon, paper serviettes makes up the basket.

| Starters & Salads | The Beach Hotel offers French; Greek; Roquefort and
1000 Islands Salads as well Chicken and Norwegian Smoked Salmon
salads. A variety of soups are served at the Beach Hotel, the pea and ham soup and Thai prawn soup are favorites. The snails in garlic, butter and blue vein sauce is a culinary delight. For hot summers days an Avocado Ritz is delightful. Fresh baby calamari grilled in olive oil with lemon juice and spices is always a welcome treat. Our chicken liver peri-peri is is pan fried with garlic, lemon and a blend of brilliant spices. |
