A windless night in winter. The harbor lights of Hout bay beckons across the bay. Taken from the Beach House at Kommetjie Bay 1997. The light from the Slangkop Lighthouse is reflected off the clouds balanced by the reflection of light off the clouds from Hout Bay, giving this picture its unique quality.
