A
security system is only as strong as its weakest points!
The weakest points in security systems are false alarms and dead periods or
dead spots. Unless the system is designed with adequate foresight to prevent
repeated false alarms it is quickly disabled by the operators and then has
no value. Movement detecting devices posses a serious risk in this regard
and that is why our cameras are activated by infra-red passive sensors to
prevent plants and other irrelevant movement setting them off. Our system is
designed to inform your host immediately of any people movement within the
perimeter of the property, long before they are in the house. The wireless
network relays the image of the approaching person to the palmtop from where
appropriate action can be taken. Sophisticated software monitors human
movement with different responses depending on the time of day or night and
different no-threat periods depending on the circumstances prevailing.
Should your host be off the premise the image is forwarded to two mobile
telephones and when appropriate also to the local armed response security
company. The entire perimeter is covered by cameras and the system is never
off - so there are no dead areas or dead periods! |
