	Kommetjie and the Slangkop Lighthouse from Table Mountain, Upper Cable Way Station, southern look out point.
	The photograph above was taken from Table Mountain. It shows the Slangkop lighthouse, Slangkop Mountain, the "basin" from which Kommetjie gets its name, and the beautiful Long Beach extending round Kommetjie Bay as a long strip of snow white sand. Picture taken with 400 mm lens and 2x converter. The Beach House is situated towards the end of the bay in the picture just off the edge of Chapman's Peak which makes the middle left border of the photograph.
	The photograph below is taken from the Hoek, the beach at the end of Noordhoek Beach, at the base of Chapman's Peak. Slangkop lighthouse can clearly be seen on the right with Long Beach stretching from the right boarder uninterrupted to the left boarder of the photograph with Slangkop mountain in the background. The Beach House is just out of the picture, just off the left boarder.
