New Management		Making Paradise Better!
Andre Botha junior, featured for the past many years on our Surfing Tour is now the Resident Manager at the Beach House! Andre is assisted by Martin our new Chef and Assistant Manager.

Our drive to make Paradise Even Better does not end with the exciting security system, and renovations: we are committed to providing better service at all levels than ever before and will be constantly developing our skills and resources.

Renovations	Making Paradise Even Better!
	We are pleased to be able to announce that Renovations at the Beach House are rapidly nearing completion. We have replaced all the eight of beach facing central opening sliding doors with high quality 100 % water proof Rutherford's doors . The front gate from the car-park , shown in the picture is being manufactured. The whole Beach House is being touched-up and professionally painted.





As soon as the structural renovations are completed and the security system is up and running, new TV's, Channel Decoders and DVD players will be installed! The bedrooms have been freshened with beautiful new linen, covers and cushions. And so much more...

	State of the Art Security; The Beach Cam & Weather Station
	Given the high rate of un-employment in Southern Africa and the many sociological problems still faced by previously disenfranchised and forcedly relocated communities, it is not surprising that opportunistic petty crimes are common. Whereas tourism can enormously contribute to the sustainable development of historically disadvantaged local communities we also have an enormous responsibility to provide Safety, Complete Security and Peace of Mind to our Guests. A large part of the brilliance of the Beach House is the fact that there are no barriers between the Fynbos Garden, The Dune and The Beach. We have developed a system that does not in any way compromise this freedom.













				Due to the dramatic advances in affordable technology we are able to install a system that secures the entire perimeter of the Beach House 24 hours a day, that remains 100 % operational even during power failures and land-line telephone failures.





	Crime can be totally prevented without any loss of ambience or disruption while in Paradise.
	Watch the Waves and the Beach from the Beach House anywhere in the World and any time of the day! Our Beach Cam should be up and running before the end of October 2005. Watch the Beach on your PC, palmtop or 3G mobile telephone. Soon we will be adding Live Weather conditions from a sophisticated electronic Weather Station!

Beach House Weddings: Get Married on the Beach!
		Your hosts Andre and Martin will tailor make your wedding to a memorable and unforgettable occasion.
From a breakfast buffet to a luncheon to an intimate casual picnic basket to enjoy at the lighthouse or our beach, and candlelight dinners. We enjoy a personal relationship with our couples and offer full catering including the wedding cake, the pastor, make-up and hair stylist, photographer, flowers, music of your choice and personal decor all creating a blissful and intimate wedding of your choice.





	And of course, We also offer a beautiful Honeymoon Suite with a four poster double bed and a stunning view of the sea and mountains to end off your evening. Watch this space for the launch of our Wedding Pages....

Fynbos Atlas

At last work has begun on our Fynbos Atlas - we are hoping to eventually feature the flowers of all the plants in the Beach House's garden and on the dune in front of the Beach House.

For now, unfortunately only a few samples....but also the promise that lots more will follow...
